📦 Contactless After-Hours Pickup Available 24/7
Your package has been placed in our secure after-hours pickup box, located at the front lobby entrance.
- Located directly in front of the lobby door
- Package labeled with your name and order number
- Available anytime — day or night
- No appointment needed for after-hours pickup
Please remember: Close the pickup box securely after retrieving your order. It protects the next customer's package and keeps the box accessible for everyone.
🚨 Sending an Uber, Lyft, or Courier?
Failure to notify us in advance may result in:
- Driver confusion
- Pickup delays
- Incorrect package pickup
Required process — in this order:
- Contact iHeartCustoms first (text, WhatsApp, or email)
- Wait for our confirmation that your package is staged
- Then schedule your Uber, Lyft, or courier
Only schedule the driver after receiving confirmation from us.
If a driver picks up the wrong package because we weren't notified, the customer is responsible for retrieving and returning it. We appreciate your understanding — this policy protects every customer's order.

Do NOT use the rear loading dock. If your GPS or rideshare app places you at the back of the building, drive around to the front lobby entrance.
