DTF transfers are heat-pressed directly onto your garment. Full color, photographic detail, no color count restrictions, no minimum order. It's the fastest and most flexible method available — and it's what we produce in-house every day at our Orlando facility.
Unlike screen printing, DTF handles gradients, fine detail, and complex artwork with zero setup fees. Whether you need one shirt or five hundred, the process is the same — and same-day production is available for orders placed before 1PM.

Pickup or Ship
Free local pickup at our Orlando facility on Kingspointe Pkwy. Nationwide shipping available. Hotel delivery for OCCC exhibitors and I-Drive clients.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
For DTF-printed shirts, there is no minimum — we can print one shirt or five hundred. Tell us your quantity and we'll confirm the most cost-effective approach for your order size.
How fast can you turn around a custom shirt order?
DTF-printed shirts are available same-day for orders placed before 1PM, subject to production availability. Standard DTF turnaround is 1–3 business days after artwork approval. Contact us before ordering if you have a hard event deadline — we'll confirm what's achievable.
What file format do I need for my artwork?
AI, PDF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI minimum. Vector files are strongly preferred for logos and text. If you only have a low-resolution file, our design team can rebuild from $85/hr — most shirt designs complete in under an hour.
What brands and styles do you carry?
We source from a full apparel catalog including Bella Canvas, Next Level, Port & Company, District, Gildan, and many others. If you have a specific brand, style, or fabric preference, tell us when you reach out and we'll confirm availability. Extended sizes (2XL+) are available and may carry a small upcharge depending on the blank.
Are your inks safe and certified?
Yes. Our DTF inks are OEKO-TEX certified — tested against a comprehensive list of harmful substances and verified safe for skin contact. This certification applies to our DTF consumables specifically.
Can you deliver to my hotel or convention venue?
Yes. We coordinate delivery to hotels along the International Drive corridor and near the Orange County Convention Center. Delivery fees are quoted based on timeline and location. For urgent same-day hotel delivery, contact us directly before ordering.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. All printed apparel ships nationwide from our Orlando facility. Free local pickup is also available at 7075 Kingspointe Parkway, Suite 17 — minutes from the Orange County Convention Center.
