ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Files MUST be MINIMUM 300dpi with a transparent background
(WHITE BACKGROUND OR SOLID BACKGROUND FILES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL DELAY YOUR LINE IN OUR PRODUCTION QUEUE)

Acceptable file types:
PDF or PNG (Preferred format)
AI, SVG, EPS (These formats are accepted but will require us to change to PDF format, which will delay production)

Please send artwork the exact size you want it printed. We do not resize gang sheets. If your not familiar with adjusting the image, I can adjust them for you for an additional $10 (just check the option)
Send your image as a CYMK format. When you are designing, make sure its in CYMK that way the colors will be exact. We are not responsible for color mismatches due to files being incorrect and different Monitor settings.
Transparency/drop shadow effects: Transparency (see through) effects and drop shadows do not work for DTF. Please take off any shadow or gradient effects as it will not print as you see on the screen. If your image consist of them, they will not transfer properly to your garment.

Same-Day Rush Orders:
Rush orders must be submitted by 1:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day service. Orders submitted before the cutoff are guaranteed by end of day (11:59 PM, not closing time). Orders placed after the cutoff will be completed the next business day. Please allow time for processing—you’ll receive a text once your order is ready.
For projects over 500 inches, please contact us in advance.

TRADEMARK STATEMENT:
Due to the increasing frequency of trademark registration applications and infringement allegations, you are solely responsible for determining if any designs are trademarked or have any legal limitations for your intended usage. By purchasing the custom option, you verify that you are the original designer or have purchased the original designers POD license.
