What's the difference between the tumbler sizes you offer?
The 20 oz skinny tumbler fits standard cup holders for everyday carry. The 20 oz sport, 30 oz travel, and 40 oz tumblers all add a handle for commuters and gym bags, with the 40 oz offering the most capacity. The 12 oz wine tumbler is a stemless option for hospitality suites and VIP gifting, and the 16 oz can glass with bamboo lid and straw gives a trending clear-glass look.
Do tumblers and drinkware come as single units or only in bulk?
Most of our drinkware ships as 12-pack bundle sets, built for exhibitor giveaways and bulk gifting. The mini shot glass tumbler set is available starting at a 6-piece sample set. Contact us for larger case-quantity orders.
What are clack fans and when should I order them?
Clack fans are branded folding fans that guests snap open with a signature "clack" — a fun, functional giveaway for outdoor activations, festivals, and warm-weather convention floors. They're sold as a 12-pack bundle set.

What file format do I need for my logo or artwork?
AI, PDF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI minimum. Vector files are strongly preferred for logos and text. If your files aren't print-ready, our design team can rebuild or create your layout from $85/hr.
What printing method is used on the drinkware and giveaways?
Logos are applied using UV DTF transfers, adhered directly to tumblers, glassware, and hard-sided items for a vibrant, full-color finish.
How long does production take?
Standard production is approximately 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush production may be available in 2–3 business days depending on current volume and product type. Contact us before ordering with your event date and we'll confirm whether your timeline is achievable.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. All convention swag and giveaway products ship nationwide from our Orlando facility. Local pickup is also available — including for exhibitors and event organizers near the Orange County Convention Center and the International Drive corridor.
