UV DTF → Gang Sheet Builder

• Files MUST be MINIMUM 300dpi with a transparent background
  (WHITE BACKGROUND OR SOLID BACKGROUND FILES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL DELAY YOUR LINE IN OUR PRODUCTION QUEUE)
• Acceptable file types:
  PNG(Preferred format)
  AI, SVG, EPS, PDF(These formats are accepted but will require us to change to PNG format, which will delay production)
   
• Please send artwork the exact size you want it printed. We do not resize gang sheets. Do not mirror your image. If you are not familiar with adjusting your artwork, we can make adjustments for an additional $10, select the art service. 
• Send your artwork in RGB color mode whenever possible. Due to differences in monitors, software, substrates, artwork, and printing processes, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for color differences caused by customer-supplied files, monitor settings, or artwork prepared in incorrect color formats.
  

• Transparency/drop shadow effects: Transparency (see-through) effects, gradients, and drop shadows may not reproduce as displayed on screen and may not print correctly with UV DTF production. Please take off any shadow or gradient effects as it will not print as you see on the screen. If your image consist of them, they will not transfer properly to your garment.

APPLICATION NOTICE

UV DTF transfers perform best on clean, smooth, hard surfaces. Surface coatings, textures, materials, contamination, cleaning products, and environmental conditions may affect adhesion and long-term durability.

Customers are responsible for testing and validating compatibility when applying transfers to unfamiliar products, substrates, coatings, or materials.

CARE & USE

• Hand wash recommended
• Not microwave safe
• Avoid abrasive cleaners
• Avoid prolonged heat exposure
• Allow adhesive to fully cure before heavy use

Improper application, cleaning, or use may affect long-term durability.

RUSH TURNAROUND OPTIONS

Standard turnaround for most print-ready orders is 1–2 business days depending on order volume and projects ahead in queue.

Same Day Rush orders submitted before the 1:00 PM Eastern cut-off time are prioritized for completion by the end of the same business day.

Next Day Rush orders are prioritized for completion by the end of the next business day.

If your project has a firm deadline, we strongly recommend selecting a rush service during checkout.
