What is the difference between a feather flag and a teardrop flag?

Both are outdoor advertising flags on a curved pole, but the shape differs. A feather flag has a pointed, elongated teardrop shape that billows and moves in the wind — great for drawing attention through motion. A teardrop flag has a rounded bottom and stays taut in the wind, which keeps your message more consistently readable. If legibility matters more than movement, the teardrop is the better choice.

Are these flags double-sided?

Yes. Both the feather flag and teardrop flag are double-sided — your design is printed on both faces so your branding is visible regardless of which direction people approach from. The giant flag and arch package are also fully printed across the entire display.

Can flags be used indoors?

Yes. Feather and teardrop flags work indoors with a base plate or crossfoot base instead of the ground spike. They're commonly used at trade shows, conference registrations, and indoor retail environments. Let us know your venue when ordering so we can confirm the right base hardware.

What file format do I need for flag artwork?

AI, PDF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI minimum. Vector files are strongly preferred for logos and text. If your files aren't print-ready, our design team can rebuild or create your flag layout from $85/hr — most flag designs complete in 1–2 hours.

What printing method is used?

All flags are printed using dye-sublimation, which bonds ink directly into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. This produces vibrant, fade-resistant color that holds up in outdoor environments across sun, rain, and repeated setups — far more durable than standard inkjet or screen printing on fabric.

How long does production take?

Standard production is approximately 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush production may be available in 2–3 business days depending on current volume. Contact us before ordering with your event date and we'll confirm whether your timeline is achievable.

What is the Grand Entrance Arch Package and when should I use it?

The arch package is a giant flex arch flag banner that spans an entrance — typically used at marathon start and finish lines, grand openings, festival gates, and corporate events where the entry itself needs to be a branded moment. It includes all hardware and is designed to assemble without specialty equipment. If you need people to feel something the moment they arrive, the arch package is the right format.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. All flag products ship nationwide from our Orlando facility. Local pickup is also available — including for exhibitors and event organizers near the Orange County Convention Center and the International Drive corridor.

Can I order multiple flags with the same artwork?

Yes — ordering multiple units from the same artwork file is common, especially for lining an event perimeter, flanking a booth, or creating a consistent branded corridor. Let us know your quantity when you reach out and we'll quote accordingly.
