iHeartCustoms was founded by Lili and Steven Bounsanga — a husband-and-wife team who built their operational foundation long before their first print ever ran.
Before launching iHeartCustoms, the team spent more than a decade operating iHeartWireless, LLC, a national wholesale business focused on procurement, logistics, vendor management, and B2B account support across the United States. For over a decade, they sourced products directly from international manufacturers and supported retailers nationwide — building the systems, discipline, and reliability that now power iHeartCustoms' production floor.
