• Files MUST be MINIMUM 300dpi with a transparent background
  (WHITE BACKGROUND OR SOLID BACKGROUND FILES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL DELAY YOUR LINE IN OUR PRODUCTION QUEUE)
• Acceptable file types:
• PDF (Preferred format)
• AI, SVG, EPS, TIF, PNG (These formats will require us to change to PDF format, which will delay production)
  
  
• Please send artwork the exact size you want it printed. We do not resize gang sheets. Do not mirror your image. If you are not familiar with adjusting the image, We can adjust your artwork for an additional $10. (just check the option)
• Send your artwork in RGB color mode whenever possible. Due to differences in monitors, software, substrates, artwork, and printing processes, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for color differences caused by customer-supplied files, monitor settings, or artwork prepared in incorrect color formats.
  
• Check your image size according to the garment size you’re pressing on. If you need help with sizing, feel free to message us. We will print according to the size selected. The longer side of your image will be the size you select to print. 

• Transparency/drop shadow effects: Transparency (see through) effects and drop shadows do not work for DTF. Please take off any shadow or gradient effects as it will not print as you see on the screen. If your image consist of them, they will not transfer properly to your garment.

COLOR-SENSITIVE ARTWORK NOTICE

Artwork requiring prior-order matching, custom color adjustments, or color-sensitive reproduction should be submitted on its own dedicated gang sheet.

Combining color-sensitive artwork with unrelated designs may result in color variation between production runs.

Due to differences in monitors, software, substrates, and printing processes, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Standard Turnaround:
Most print-ready gang sheet orders are completed within 1–2 business days, depending on order volume and projects ahead in queue.

Same Day Rush:
Orders placed with Same Day Rush Service before the 1:00 PM Eastern cut-off time are prioritized for completion by the end of the same business day.

Next Day Rush:
Orders placed with Next Day Rush Service are prioritized for completion by the end of the next business day.

Please note that turnaround times assume print-ready artwork and may be affected by artwork issues, file corrections, proof approvals, material availability, or other order-related delays.

If your project has a firm deadline, we strongly recommend selecting a rush service during checkout.

IMPORTANT

Individual custom transfers are produced as part of larger production batches. Orders containing multiple designs, specialty artwork, or files requiring adjustments may require additional processing time.

For deadline-sensitive projects, rush service is strongly recommended.

TRADEMARK STATEMENT:

Due to the increasing frequency of trademark registration applications and infringement allegations, you are solely responsible for determining if any designs are trademarked or have any legal limitations for your intended usage.  By purchasing the custom option, you verify that you are the original designer or have purchased the original designers POD license.
