Production will be down all day Friday, June 5th for scheduled maintenance.
To make sure your order is completed before the closure, please submit it no later than the morning of Wednesday, June 3rd. This gives us June 3rd and June 4th to work through your project.
Orders received Thursday, June 4th will go into Monday, June 8th's production queue — unless rush service is attached.

Heads up on file discrepancies: If your artwork has issues, your order is pulled from the queue until resolved — and goes back to the end of the line, not its original spot. This keeps things fair for partners with print-ready files. Help us help you: send print-ready artwork to keep your order moving.
Print-Ready Artwork Requirements (DTF & UV DTF)
For your file to be classified as print-ready, it must meet all four of these requirements:
1. File Type: PNG (preferred), AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, or Vector
2. Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
3. Color Mode: RGB
4. Background: Transparent
All four boxes must be checked. Files that don't meet these specs will be flagged and held until corrected.

A Quick Note on Communication
We work with several accounts at the same time, and our team is heads-down in production keeping orders moving. To keep things fair and efficient for everyone:
- Text or WhatsApp is the best (and only) way to reach us — we don't have phone reception during production runs
- Status updates are reserved for Rush orders — they're guaranteed by the rush date you select. Standard orders move through the queue based on submission order; pulling someone off production to check status delays everyone
- Need it by a specific date? Add a Rush Service so we can lock in the timeline and prioritize accordingly
