Rush DTF transfers and UV DTF decals move fast — but only if the order is submitted correctly. A missing file, wrong format, or incomplete checkout pulls your order out of the queue and sends it to the back of the line.
This step-by-step guide shows exactly how to submit your rush order from your phone so production starts immediately.

How to Submit Your Rush DTF or UV DTF Order — Step by Step
- Select Your Product & Size — Choose DTF gang sheet or UV DTF depending on your application. Select the correct size such as 22" x 200". If you're unsure which size fits your artwork, text us before ordering.
- Choose Rush or Standard Turnaround — If you're on a deadline, select RUSH service. Rush orders are prioritized in the production queue and guaranteed by the rush date you select. Standard orders are fulfilled in submission order.
- Upload Print-Ready Files — Files must be print-ready before submission. Print-ready means: PNG, AI, EPS, SVG, or vector format — minimum 300 DPI — RGB color mode — transparent background. Files that don't meet these specs are flagged and held until corrected, which removes your order from its queue position.
- Add Special Instructions — Include any production notes for the team. Specific placement, color references, size confirmation, or anything else that affects how your order is produced.
- Enter Your Phone Number for Pickup Notification — You'll receive a text when your order is ready for pickup. Local pickup is available at our Orlando location including 24/7 after-hours pickup.
- Submit Canva Link If Applicable — If your artwork is in Canva, make sure "Allow Edit Access" is enabled before submitting the link. View-only links cannot be accessed for production.
- Confirm & Checkout — Review your order details, accept the production policy, and complete checkout. Your order enters the queue immediately after checkout is confirmed.
Structured orders move fast. Rush orders move first. Submit it right the first time and we'll take care of the rest.
What Happens If Your File Isn't Print-Ready?
If your artwork has issues — wrong format, low resolution, missing transparency — your order is pulled from the production queue until the file is corrected. It does not hold its original spot. It goes back to the end of the line.
This keeps the process fair for customers with print-ready files. The fastest way to avoid this: send print-ready artwork or text us at (407) 808-9631 before ordering and we'll confirm your file is good to go.
Rush Order vs Standard Turnaround
- Standard DTF gang sheets — 1–2 business days
- Standard UV DTF — 1–2 business days
- Rush orders — same or next business day, guaranteed by your selected rush date
- Rush cutoff — orders must be placed by 1pm for same-day production (pending file readiness and stock)
Status updates are reserved for rush orders. Standard orders move through the queue based on submission order — pulling someone off production to check status delays everyone. If you need a guaranteed date, add rush service.

Frequently Asked Questions About Rush DTF Orders
What is the cutoff time for same-day rush DTF production?
Rush orders must be placed by 1pm for same-day production. Orders placed after 1pm with rush service are prioritized for next business day. File readiness and stock availability also affect same-day eligibility.
What file format is required for DTF and UV DTF orders?
Print-ready files must be PNG, AI, EPS, SVG, or vector format — minimum 300 DPI — RGB color mode — transparent background. Files that don't meet these specs are flagged and held until corrected.
What happens if I submit the wrong file format?
Your order is pulled from the production queue until the file is corrected. It does not hold its original position — it returns to the end of the queue. Send print-ready files or confirm with us before ordering to avoid delays.
How do I share a Canva file for my DTF order?
In Canva, open your design, click Share, and enable "Allow Edit Access" before copying the link. View-only Canva links cannot be accessed for production and will delay your order.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
You'll receive a text notification when your order is ready. Enter your phone number during checkout to receive pickup notifications. Local pickup is available at 7075 Kingspointe Pkwy Suite 17, Orlando, including 24/7 after-hours pickup.
Can I get a status update on my standard order?
Status updates are reserved for rush orders, which are guaranteed by your selected rush date. Standard orders move through the queue in submission order. If you need a confirmed date, add rush service at checkout.
What is the difference between DTF and UV DTF?
DTF transfers are heat-pressed onto fabric and apparel — shirts, hoodies, hats, and most garment types. UV DTF decals are applied to hard surfaces like tumblers, glass, acrylic, and plastic without heat pressing.
