How to Order from iHeartCustoms

Everything you need to place your order correctly — the first time.

We print fast. But only when your order is submitted correctly. This guide covers everything — what files we need, where to upload, how turnaround works, and how to reach us if you still have questions.

Step-by-step: how to place your order

Choose your print method Visit our website and select DTF, UV DTF, Sublimation, Stickers, Banners, or Stationery — whatever fits your project.

Select your size and turnaround Pick your gang sheet size, then choose Standard or Rush service based on your deadline. Rush upgrades are available separately — see below.

Upload your print-ready file Scroll down on the product page and upload your file. Have a Canva link? Paste it and make sure edit access is enabled. Add any special instructions in the notes field.

Enter your phone number We'll text you when your order is ready for pickup. Don't skip this step.

Acknowledge the cancellation policy and add to cart Check the acknowledgment box, then add your item to cart.

Review and check out Confirm your order details and complete checkout with your preferred payment method. Rush orders move first — structured orders move fast.

DTF transfers

DTF (Direct to Film) is available as gang sheets. Choose the right option based on whether your gang sheet is already built, or you need to build one from your ready-to-print files.

Our DTF film is all-peel — we recommend cold peel. Our consumables are OEKO-Tex certified and ink is Eco-Passport certified.

Artwork requirements

⚠️ Incorrect artwork is the #1 cause of delays. Please review all 4 requirements before uploading.
File type PNG (preferred), AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, or Vector
Resolution 300 DPI minimum
Color mode RGB
Background Transparent

Turnaround times

Production hours Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm
Closed weekends. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
