What files do you accept?
For DTF and UV DTF: PNG preferred, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, vector — 300 DPI minimum — RGB — transparent background. For banners, stickers, and vinyl: PDF, EPS, AI, SVG, or vector — email to orders@iHeartCustoms.com after ordering.
Do banners, stickers, and signs have a file upload box?
No. Place your order first, then email your file to orders@iHeartCustoms.com with your order number.
Is iHeartCustoms open on weekends?
No. Production runs Monday through Friday, 10am–5pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Weekend days do not count toward business day turnaround.
Can I reorder a past project?
Yes. Text or WhatsApp your previous order number and the date it was placed. Files are kept for active accounts and purged every 6 months for inactive orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (buy now, pay later) — all through Shopify checkout.
