What Artwork to Send — by Product Type
Requirements aren't the same for every product. Send the best you have and we'll review it before production.
DTF & UV DTF Transfers
- PNG preferred (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, or vector also work)
- 300 DPI minimum
- RGB color
- Transparent background (no white box unless intended)
- Canva: share with "Allow Edit" access
Signs, Banners & Large Format
- Send the highest-quality original artwork available
- Vector or print-ready PDF preferred where appropriate
- High-resolution raster may be acceptable depending on size/product
- Artwork is reviewed before production
Custom Apparel
- Send the highest-quality original artwork available
- Requirements depend on the decoration method and project
- Artwork will be reviewed and confirmed before production
Business Branding, Events & Complex Projects

Standard Production & RUSH
Standard production runs Monday–Friday; weekend days don't count toward business-day turnaround. Not every product qualifies for every RUSH tier — the RUSH pages confirm what's possible.
DTF & UV DTF gang sheets (standard).
Custom merch, banners, and stickers (standard).
Singles and individual DTF transfers (standard).
Guaranteed for eligible services
Same-Day: submit by 1 PM through the correct RUSH workflow. Next-Day: completed by the end of the next production business day. Start on the Same-Day service pages.
