Which backdrop should I choose — pop-up fabric, dimensional wall, or tension tube?

The pop-up fabric backdrop is the most portable and budget-friendly option for photo ops and press walls. The tension fabric tube backdrop is lightweight with a clean, seamless graphic. The dimensional fabric wall backdrop is our premium option — a tension-fit system that reads as a built environment rather than a printed panel, best for main stages and flagship booths.

What's the difference between a retractable banner and a vinyl banner?

A retractable banner comes in a self-contained base that rolls the graphic up for storage and transport — ideal for repeated use at multiple events. A vinyl banner is a flat printed panel meant to be hung, grommeted, or mounted, and is typically more economical for single-location or one-time use.

Can the canopy tent package be used for outdoor events?

Yes. The custom printed canopy tent package is built for outdoor trade shows, festivals, and brand activations, with full-color printing across the canopy and available wall panels. Let us know your footprint and setup location when ordering.

Are the flags and arch package double-sided?

Yes. The giant advertising flag, feather flag, and teardrop flag are all printed double-sided so your branding is visible from either direction. The Grand Entrance Arch Package is fully printed across the entire flex arch banner.

What file format do I need for artwork?

AI, PDF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI minimum. Vector files are strongly preferred for logos and text. If your files aren't print-ready, our design team can rebuild or create your layout from $85/hr.

What printing method is used?

Flags, tents, and fabric backdrops are printed using dye-sublimation, which bonds ink directly into the fabric for vibrant, fade-resistant color. Vinyl banners and yard signs are printed with full-color UV/latex printing for sharp detail and outdoor durability.

How long does production take?

Standard production is approximately 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush production may be available in 2–3 business days depending on current volume and product type. Contact us before ordering with your event date and we'll confirm whether your timeline is achievable.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. All signage and display products ship nationwide from our Orlando facility. Local pickup is also available — including for exhibitors and event organizers near the Orange County Convention Center and the International Drive corridor.

Can I order a matching set — flag, banner, and backdrop with the same logo?
