ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Files MUST beMINIMUM 300dpiwith atransparent background (WHITE BACKGROUND OR SOLID BACKGROUND FILES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL DELAY YOUR LINE IN OUR PRODUCTION QUEUE)
ALL FILES MUST BE PRINT READY for our normal turnaround time/local pickups. Any adjustments, pixelation, solid backgrounds will DELAY your order.
Acceptable file types: PDF or PNG (Preferred format) AI, SVG, EPS(These formats are accepted but will require us to change to PDF format, which will delay production) NO JPEG (this format does not work as it will upload with a background).
BULK CONTRACT PRICING RATE: Must be print ready with the above formats. If files are too large, send it via Wetransfer.com or google drive (with access) to orders@iheartcustoms.com
Please send artwork the exact size you want it printed. We do not resize gang sheets. Do not mirror image. If you are not familiar with adjusting the image, we can adjust them for you for an additional $10 (just check the option)
Check your image size according to the garment size you’re pressing on. If you need help with sizing, feel free to message us. We will print according to the size uploaded.
Send your image as aCYMK format. When you are designing, make sure it’s inCYMKthat way the colors will be exact. We are not responsible for color mismatches due to files being incorrect and different Monitor settings.
Transparency/drop shadow effects: Transparency (see through) effects and drop shadows do not work for DTF. Please take off any shadow or gradient effects as it will not print as you see on the screen. If your image consist of them, they will not transfer properly to your garment.

TRADEMARK STATEMENT: Due to the increasing frequency of trademark registration applications and infringement allegations, you are solely responsible for determining if any designs are trademarked or have any legal limitations for your intended usage. By purchasing the custom option, you verify that you are the original designer or have purchased the original designers POD license.
