ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Files MUST beMINIMUM 300dpi with atransparent background (WHITE BACKGROUND OR SOLID BACKGROUND FILES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL DELAY YOUR LINE IN OUR PRODUCTION QUEUE) -CHECK YOUR EMAIL (Spam folder) for updates about your file-
Acceptable file types: PNG (Preferred format) PDF, AI, SVG, EPS, TIF (These formats are accepted but will require us to change to PNG format, which will delay production)
Please send artwork the exact size you want it printed. We do not resize gang sheets. Do not mirror your image. If you are not familiar with adjusting the image, we can adjust them for you for an additional $10 (just check the option)
Send your image as aRGBformat. When you are designing, make sure its inCYMKthat way the colors will be exact. We are not responsible for color mismatches due to files being incorrect and different Monitor settings.
Transparency/drop shadow effects: Transparency (see through) effects and drop shadows do not work for DTF. Please take off any shadow or gradient effects as it will not print as you see on the screen. If your image consist of them, they will not transfer properly to your garment.
If you use Canva to create your artwork, please provide the link to allow us to download if your uploaded file is not saved correctly. You must click on "allow edit" when you share the link.
